Who is Interior Production Suitable For?

Interior production is ideal for those who prefer not to manage their renovation projects themselves. If you want to avoid searching for workers, controlling the budget, organizing deliveries, and dealing with countless other details, this service is for you. With our approach, you receive an interior as a finished product. This will allow you to focus on your family, work, and leisure, stress-free of renovation. We oversee the procurement of products, logistics, and construction work. Interior production begins only after the design project is completed, at which point we provide a detailed and fixed estimate for the implementation. This means that during the renovation, the price will remain constant and will not increase.

Hassle-Free Completed Interior

We create a detailed design project before we begin your interior project. This helps us outline all the components, calculate the necessary materials, estimate the scope of work, and establish a fixed budget for implementation. Once the design is finalized, we start the renovation process, during which you won’t need to oversee any of the work. Our team will handle everything and coordinate all deliveries. The renovation will be carried out by one of our trusted teams, with whom we have successfully completed all our interior projects. We commissioned a design project in January 2022. The designer, Yulia Tsapko (Ubozhenko), was in charge, with Karen Karapetian leading the project. The project faced some delays due to imposed sanctions but continued despite this. In May, we signed a contract for renovations and adjusted the estimate. Is It Possible to Make the Renovation without My Participation?: We design all of our interiors remotely; with discussions taking place in a Telegram chat. Throughout the project development, there may be several in-person meetings with the designer to select furniture and finishing materials in either Moscow or Yekaterinburg. The selection process can take from 1 to 4 days. We will personally oversee the renovation, so you won’t need to worry about anything. We will provide you with photos and videos of the progress every two weeks.

How Long Does It Take to Produce an Interior?: We do renovation for 8 months. A more precise time frame will be established at the end of the design project, once the materials are selected and the solutions are agreed upon. We provide realistic time frames based on our experience and production technology. The finalized time frame will be included in the contract.

How Do You Design an Interior Before Renovation?: We will sign a contract for an interior design project and create a chat on Telegram. After measuring the apartment, the designer will begin crafting the interior based on your preferences for decoration, content, and budget.
The process will start with developing a layout, followed by sketches of the proposed interior. Next, we will create a detailed project, and finally, an estimate that includes all materials and labor costs will be provided.
Throughout the project, the designer will share intermediate stages of work in the chat, allowing you to make any number of edits. It's important for the customer to be involved in the design process, as this is a crucial aspect of designing the interior. Once the design is finalized, you won't need to worry about the renovation, as it will be carried out strictly according to the plan.

Do You Produce Interiors of Individual Rooms in an Apartment?: We do not perform partial or cosmetic repair since our focus is on providing a fully finished, beautiful interior rather than conducting repair work. Instead, we offer a complete transformation of your apartment. We will create a layout and design project, agree upon the estimate, and then implement the designed interior at a fixed price.

Is It Possible to Fit Already Purchased Furniture into a New Interior?: Yes, it is possible to incorporate your items if they fit in terms of size and design. We will be able to give a more precise answer during the development of the interior design project. We always embrace the desire of our customers to enhance their interiors with meaningful memorabilia. We will include your furniture in the sketches, and the final decision will be up to you.

Will the Completed Interior Strongly Differ from the Project?: The completed interior will closely align with the design project, as we meticulously plan all solutions and select materials in advance, rather than leaving decisions until the implementation phase. While minor changes during the renovation are inevitable, they will have only a slight impact on the overall appearance of the interior. We will keep you informed about any changes that occur. By choosing to renovate with us, you will have a clear understanding of what your apartment or house will look like upon completion.

Is It Possible to Start Renovations in Parallel with the Development of the Design Project?: No. Starting the renovation too early can lead to mistakes and costly corrections. It is essential to begin the renovation only after the design project is complete, and all estimates and interior solutions are approved.

Do You Work with Your Own Team of Builders?: Yes, we have several permanent teams of builders. The same specialists who worked on our previous projects will handle the renovation in your apartment. These are proven teams that understand our quality requirements for the renovation, deadlines, and cleanliness.

What If I Don't Like the Design Project?: We develop the project step by step, incorporating your feedback at each stage, so the final version will not come as a surprise to you. It is our goal to create a design that you love, which is why there are no limits on the number of corrections you can request. If you choose not to proceed with the interior design project with us, we will finalize everything and complete the necessary paperwork.

Can I Order Only an Interior Design Project and Designer Supervision from You?: Yes, we are able to undertake a project and provide designer supervision. Follow the link to learn more about the project and the supervision offered.

Do You Do Renovations Based on a Ready-Made Design Project?: We only undertake renovations based on our own design projects because our solutions are standardized and have been tested in practice. Third-party designers are not familiar with our specific requirements. If you have an existing design project and choose to work with us, we will modify it to ensure it meets our standards.

In Which Cities Do You Produce Interiors?: We produce interiors for apartments and houses in Moscow, the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, and Sochi. We can discuss interior production in other cities during a meeting.
